About the Project

Governor Henry McMaster issued Executive Order 2022-20, which directs the South Carolina Office of Resilience (SCOR) to begin the process of removing hundreds of thousands of gallons of toxic pollutants from the USS Yorktown by commissioning an updated cost study for the project. USS Yorktown Environmental Assessment Request for Qualifications

The South Carolina Office of Resilience (SCOR) seeks a qualified, licensed firm to provide planning, engineering, and design services to conduct an environmental analysis and assessment of the USS Yorktown. The RFQ is below.
